Upon leaving college I wasn’t sure where to begin building a career. I had always had an interest in Estate Agency and when I saw the vacancy for an Apprentice at Fisks I knew that’s where I needed to be. Living locally, Fisks were already familiar to me because of their long-standing presence on the Island. I started my training as an administrator, learning the estate agency ropes while getting to interact with the public on a daily basis. It was this that showed me that I most enjoyed working with our buyers and sellers to help their sales go through as smoothly as possible. When the opportunity came to move into a more sales-based role, I leapt at it. Now I get to make more personal connections with our clients and work to fulfil their every need; finding them the perfect house and helping to get their sales through to completion.

I am due to take my final exams in July, becoming a qualified Level 2 Junior Estate Agent. I pride myself on my level of customer service and I still enjoy working with our clients and doing everything I can to make their move a happy one.
