At Fisks, Property Management is a separate department. The skill set required is still people-related but focused on administration, regulations and the law. Because of this, every part of the process once an offer has been accepted by the landlord, is administered though this department. Using our specialist software to create and uphold the best practice that is required from a professional firm looking after your interests. A Director is a member of ARLA (PropertyMark) and landlord rents are paid out on a daily basis as soon as funds are cleared. Deposits are held in a Government approved scheme in accordance with the legislation.

As an experienced Property Management company we understand how to ensure landlords achieve maximum market rent from their investments, while managing and limiting the risk of a potential void period. With offices in Benfleet and Canvey Island we manage property in Thames Gateway including Basildon, Castle Point and Southend.

You'll find our Property Management team based in our Canvey office, however appointments can be made to meet with the Property Manager in the Benfleet Office; we will be where you need us to be.
